How do I open the tavern cellar door in Bowerstone South? Somebody help!!!!

I don't think you can get in there, but I heard that if the statue outside is pointing there you should run ( not orb ) to the cellar and it will be open.

Should be unlocked right around midnight. Just go by the clock in the top right corner of your screen.

Check the statue at lookout point around 10:00pm ( game time ), it will say it is pointing at bowerstone, go to the cellar and it will be open.
