I got it by mastering all of my strengths. Health, toughness, and the other one. I'm not sure if that's all you need, you might also need to be well renowned (popular). The sword is called 'The Harbinger' it's weight is "light" and it's attack is 198. It's the best light weapon I have found so far.

You have to try it when you are weak for the first time. The game remembers what your stats were. Then you need to add 5 physique, 3 toughness, andd 2 health or just max them all out and that works, too.

Really don't worry too much about the stupid sword, you should save up for the Solus greatsword in Bowerstone north, which is about 79,000 dollars so after you beat the arena is when you'll be the closest to that goal.

This is the best sword in the game, except the sword of Aeons, with an attack of 315. Oh and try to master your strength any way cause you'll need that to wield it.

Everybody makes this sound alot harder than it is. You don't have to master all of your physical stats, you only have to master PHYSIQUE.

Max out Physique, Health, and Toughness. Then pull the sword right on out.
