I suggest having Arkon's Cross bow or Skorm's Bow, The Katana from Gray Manor, and as high a level of berserk, strength and accuracy as possible. Also, a few dozen health potions, a dozen will potions, and a few resurrection vials are good.

When the fight starts, activate berserk and attack the Minions with your katana. They should fall easily, so just keep going through them. When they're gone, the barrier around Jack will fall and he'll attack you with the Sword of Aeons. When it looks like he's about to unleash a magic attack, roll. Other than that, just activate berserk and kick his ass. Once he's down to a certain amount of health, the second stage of the fight begins.

Get your bow out because he's floating now. He won't move in the air, so that's not a problem. Start to circle the perimeter of the room while shooting arrows at him. Don't stop moving, and ignore the minions. If you keep moving, they shouldn't catch you. When he's about to unleash a magic attack, especially the one where he glows really brightly, just hide behind a rock he spawned at the beginning of the fight. If he hits you with the glowing attack, just spam health potions until the attacks' over. Keep hitting him with arrows until he falls.
