Luigi
An unlockable character, Mario's younger brother is back and ready to pound opponents. Luigi is still more floaty and has less traction than his brother, but packs more powerful moves. His down ariel is more powerful but has to hit dead on. His super punch may only snag one coin, but if it hits at the beginning, it's super powerful.
Pros: Powerful ariel moves. Fireballs defy gravity. Great final smash.
Cons: Poor traction. Super punch goes straight up making recovery more difficult.
Smash: Negative Zone - Luigi does a weird dance and conjures up a bubble that will put to sleep, put a flower that adds damage, reduce speed and gravity, cause you to trip, make you taunt repeatedly, and make you much easier to KO. It's very useful on small stages, not so much on larger ones.
