All-Star Mode is a new mode in the Super Smash Bros series. It is only playable after you unlock all 35 characters. In the mode, you brawl through various stages fighting every character in the game. (excludes non-playable characters) After a fight, your health isn't dropped back down to 0% so you must do your best to take as little damage as possible. But luckily there are 3 heart containers that you can lose. If you die during a brawl, you can use a continue for 10 coins.
All-Star Mode relies on your skills of survival and attack. The key to doing well is to keep your distance and fight foes 1 at a time if you are fighting 2 or 3 people at once. In you go into the group, you can take heavy hits that will add lots of % onto your damage. You don't want to use up all your heart containers at once and you don't want to go into a brawl versing 4 people if you have over 100%. 1 heart container in All-Star Mode will drop your percentage down to 0 even if you have more than 100% damage.
In All-Star Mode, you can play with a friend. There will be 5 heart containers and you fight the same amount of people except at the end. If you play with a friend, you will fight 2 Olimars instead of 1. In a fight, if one of you dies, you both die and have to use a continue or game over. So working together is key.
All-Star Mode is a fun, challenging mode which challenges your skills of attack and survival.
