Locked Rims and Vinyls

After "100%" game completion and legitimate, in-game cheat codes, players have complained of certain rims and vinyls remaining locked and unavailable by any method.

These can be unlocked only by picking the "unique part upgrade" and unique visual upgrade bonus cards in boss races.

Problem is, unique part upgrade cards can give you any part upgrade, not necessarily the one you wanted. To make things harder, there are only three boss races in the game that allow you to pick bonus cards. It boils down to this chart:

After beating the 4th boss, Darius, there is no bonus card screen. The most likely course; to obtain the nonexistent 4th boss vinyl/rim bonus cards, one must first obtain all three vinyls and/or rims from their respective boss races.

Super Speed Breaker Edit

Okay, I have fully uncovered the secrets of the glitch. First off go to the safe house in Bushido's territory and exit it. Turn right, then right again. You will be on an onramp. Turn left, away(before I said towards) from 21st street's territory. You will see the tunnel and ramp. This time, when you go off the ramp, watch the mini scene, and after hit minus(-) before you touch the ground. You will respawn where you jumped off. Before you stop blinking, drive forward and before you go off, use speed breaker. Congrats, you got it. P.S. Gravity is altered a tiny bit. For instance, if you go off the ramp with speed breaker on and you hit a wall and flip, you will float up.

Super Speed Breaker

This glitch was discovered by me. This glitch is completely new, I only discovered it about 3 hours ago. This type of speed breaker I discovered is a type that allows you to get max speed, turn, ram power, etc. Here is a brief overview: You go the fastest speed immediately when it is on (no slow-mo), and every car is going the same speed as if you were using regular speed breaker, until you touch it. Turn is also maxed out, so the slightest turn results in a normal turn, and a full on power turn results in you flipping. I like to use it for pursuits. You can zoom away from the cops at light speed. Or ram them at light speed. Note that when getting in pursuits the super speed breaker turns off unless you are using it when you get in a pursuit. Okay, now for the main event. How to turn it on! You turn it on at the freeway between Bushido's and TFK's zones. There is a safe house on Bushido's territory. Go there. Get on the freeway next to it. When on, head in the direction of 21st streets' territory. You will see a tunnel with two side ramps. Take a side ramp then turn around to face a ramp (over the tunnel). Drive at it and just before you jump off, use speed breaker. After that, whenever you turn on speed breaker, it will be super speed breaker. Although, since I was experimenting, that might not be the case. As a second opinion (after you've tried the first one 10 times and it hasn't worked), try driving off and just before you land, reset, and drive as fast as you can off from where you spawn and just before you jump of, speed breaker. If that doesn't work, try both again. Well, that's all and I hope enjoy it! P.S. This isn't something you must do, but if you mention this glitch anywhere, it would be nice to just mention that dneddy found this glitch. Thanks!
