Chapter 3 - Game Modes/Types
Here is a list of of game modes in Carbon. Please e-mail me if i have left out
Any of them.

Now i will explain the description for each game mode. Each game mode will have
1 tip from me.
Circuit
---------
A Race around the same track over and over with presetted number of laps.
The only common concentration is to be the first to finish and win the race.
Tip: Find all the possible shortcuts in racing to help you get away from
opponents that are too hard for you.
Sprint/Canyon Sprint
---------
The sprint returns in Carbon as it continues from Underground. Only this time
with more twist and more challenges. And on every Canyon Sprint track, every
curve can make each racers reputation(rep) going down. So make sure you get
ready to handle properly and drive carefully, and head for the Finish line.
Tip: For both of these, find all possible shortcuts only for Normal Sprint.In
Canyon Sprint, try to keep all the turns smoothly and don't lose control of
the car. Especially Muscle cars.
Speedtrap
---------
Back from the Most Wanted, The game mode in this pretty simple rule.
Go as fast as you can in every speedtrap and be the first to corss the line.
Not finishing the line first will cost you some speed penalty.
It took me quite 2-3 times to get first beating a Tier 3 Car using Muscle Tier
2 Car, Dodge Charger R/T. So the only point in this game, First to cross
the Line and Go as Fast enough.
Tip: Don't fall behind and go too slow.
Drift/Canyon Drift
---------
A Whole new drift has changed in Carbon. There are 2 types of different types
of drift. The Normal(as returns from Underground) & Canyon(as returns from
Underground 2 was known as Downhill Drift). Both will be explained how is it
according. Normal drift is easy. A pre defined number of laps, More speed Bonus
can get you lots of points and if handled well, as known as Clean Section, can
get you a multiply like x2, x3, x4 and so on. It took me a few practices to do
and get x10 multiply clean section without hitting wall. Canyon Drift is same
as explained in Normal drift, but like Canyon Sprint and every perilous curve
can lose you alot of points & Colossal Drift.
Tip: The mode Canyon Drift is for people who handles the car in NFS Series
very well. If your a good downhill drift racer in Underground 2, you should
probably be able to do this.
Checkpoint
---------
As returned from Most Wanted named Tollbooth, it has been renamed to
Checkpoint. Same mode as Sprint, but go as fast as possible under the time
limit setted.
Tip: Get through all shortcuts that help you so you can get More Faster.
Canyon Duel
---------
This section i'm gonna explain a bit. It reserves the mark as the section which
battles for 1 whole Territory. Canyon Duel is all about getting as close enough
to the other opponent's car. There are sections which you can get lots of
points & lots of less ponts and 2 rounds of Canyon Duel. First, your gonna
follow your opponent as closest as possible until the finish line. Your score
will be amounted as how much once you reached the end of Round 1. Obviously,
you should always get more than 100,000+ Points if you can. I used my Corvette
sometimes like 4-5 times against a Challenger in Career and got almost 280,000
Points. Then again, you will the race same one, but this time, they will be
following you. And you have to get Away from the opponent before your score
is done. If they do a better job than you, You Lose. Oh, and if the Car is
overtaken for 10 seconds or Pulling away for 10 seconds or falls off the cliff,
You LOSE. If you win both rounds and managed your score to keep up, you win
and the whole territory of 1 town is yours.
Tip: Whenever in Canyon Duel Races, Get ahead of the opponent for 10 seconds
And you win automatically. I have done that almost 5-6 times and it did work.
Now for the Game Types
Career Mode
---------
This is where you start your career and continue the story to retain all your
territory.
(You get to choose which class you wanna start with)
Challenge Series
---------
This mode lets you perform challenging tasks on pre-defined cars. Each task
has three modes of difficulty, Bronze, Silver and Gold with Bronze being the
easiest. When you complete a "Bronze" task, you'll unlock its Silver
counterpart and so on. There are 36 Challenges in the game. Complete all to
earn a reward card.
Quick Race
---------
This mode is where you can just race. First you choose which track you want to
race on, then you can choose between multiplayer and solo modes, on to
Tracking Mode is a new option, choose between Ranked and Unranked,
this will determine if you want to update your stats with this race. Also, if
you selected Ranked, the Shadow Option is enabled, through this option, you
can Record a shadow or Race against a previously recorded one. The last
option on this screen is "NOS", select On if you want to use Nitrous in the
race and Off if you don't. Then you choose the car you want and then the
Transmission (Automatic or Manual).
Reward Cards
---------
Reward Cards are basically tasks that you perform (mostly in Career Mode) to
unlock stuff. However, you have to perform all four tasks in one card to unlock
what the card has to offer. There are altogether 25 Reward Cards with 4 tasks
each, thus a total of 100 tasks.

Chapter 4 - Crew Members/Wingman
The crews will help you on your way to fight out war for taking over the
whole city. There are 3 ablities of Crews/Wingman are for. (To use your
wingman, See Chapter 2 on Controls of the game for PS2 Version)

Now, i will explain what does all these repesents :)

Blocker: Blockers are like cruise missiles on the road. Whoever you
choose, gets slammed by your blocker leaving your path clear for a
limited time.
Drafter: Drafters get in front of you so you can draft behind them and after
a short period of time you can de-activate them by pressing Triangle to
slingshot past them.
Scout: Scouts are the only crew members which get in action as soon as
the race starts, they lead you through each and every shortcut on the track so
that you can reach the finish line before your opponents. They leave a short
trail and green dots on the map so that if you fall behind, you can use your
map to find the shortcut.

Each crew member does change cars after you buy new car. At the start,
Neville will join your crew and drives a Chrysler 3000 SRT-8. So when you
buy another car, it will change to a new Tier car. For example, changing to
Ford Mustang GT. Now I will guide on what does these crews do in Race &
Career Bonus. There are different cars given depend on the car class you
choose, but i will list ONLY Muscle.

Race Bonus: 50% Boost to Speedbreaker & Nitrous
Career Bonus: 10% Discount on all car purchases.

Chapter 5.1 - The Story
The game was gonna be in Palmont City as set. Before that, you
were in Rockport, and in your last race, you won and got away with the cash.
But someone had cut in the scene before you went across the line and that
person has got to dealt with us soon. You ran away in your BMW M3 GTR
in your last pursuit in MW, now you are in Palmont City.
Present Day: Carbon Canyon
You were driving along in that territory when Cross came fast behind you
and hit your back. He starts chasing you in the Canyon Streets. You then
were in the chase almost alike Canyon Duel mode. There's no points and
how far apart are you and Cross.
Here, your Career begins with the first time.
The Prologue.
--------------------
In the chase, you get a short cutscene before it starts. Cross was coming
behind you and hits your back. You then begin with the chase, up to you
on anyhow you want to do. But as long as you follow the streets, you are going
to finish the chase soon. You finished the chase when you drove and hit some
signs, a short cutscene comes up. You were hitting through some signs and
metal bars. Cross follows behind you. You then suddenly realised it was the
end of the road. In the end, you drove into a truck, leaving the pursuit
breaker activating and Cross stops in time. You were also totaled in your BMW
M3 GTR. Now, Cross runs to you before you tried to get out. You were almost
busted with Cross when your friend, Darius comes over. He says Crogg(his
speech can't say Cross) and told him I(Darius) never asked you(Cross) to do.
Cross starts quarelling that I was outta nowhere and being a new racer in
Palmont. Darius welcomes you to the world of Palmont after being the best
in Rockport. One of Darius friends get rids of Cross. Darius starts talking to
me when your former girlfriend arrives and that is Nikki who came in with
her car, Ford GT. Nikki steps out and was angry, she came out and tries to
beat me when Darius stops her from doing it. Cross leaves from the situation.
Nikki was pretty fed up what I was doing in Palmont. Darius starts explaining
about what I took off last night in Rockport and asks whether Nikki could
show you some skills during the start. Darius starts to end his conversation
and leaves me with Nikki to choose a car class. That's where your rep is
going start there. Nikki drove you to Neville's garage where you get to
pick your car class. When the cutscene ends, you now get to pick a class
of cars. Muscle, Tuner Or Eoxtic. The car classes will be explained in
Chapter 5.2.

Chapter 5.2 - Choosing Car Types
Since you were coming back to Rockport in your BMW M3 GTR, but Cross
found you and totaled it, you have to start in a new stock car class. There are
3 car classes in this game you could choose to start from Neville's Garage.
Once choose from that class, it will come with a defined car and you can
also restricted to use that class or change to another class.

I chose Muscle(Camaro SS) because it was the fastest class which could beat
Exotic & Tuner.(Because of getting Angie's Charger R/T, it could beat Tier 3
Cars.)
After choosing, you will be proceeded to the Training race track with Nikki &
Neville.
(When you choose different class, Neville starts with a different car.)

4 Territories you have to take over. (Update: Map now available)
It depends where you start, the bosses will be different. So there
are 3 classes to choose and take on, Muscle, Exotic & Tuner.

Notice how you have no territory. The four main areas are owned by either
Stacked Deck, Bushido, 21st Street, or TFK. All the other crews only have one
area of territory that they soon lose to the other person that owns a part of
the city, but they do fight to get it back.

You have to win 2 of the races that are presented in a small area to own
that area. Once you own all of the small areas within the part of the city,
the crew leader who owns the area will come looking for you. You challenge
him/her to a city race and then race him in the canyon. If you succeed in
beating him in the canyon, then you own his territory, which means no
more random encounters if you are driving in that territory. Fortuna
residents use Exotics, Kempton residents use Muscles, and Downtown
residents use Tuners. Depending on the car you choose in the beginning,
you will start your career in a different territory. You will not start in
Silverton, because that is where you go at the end of the game. All the
lower territory bosses use Tier 2 cars, and Silverton uses Tier 3 cars.
There is also the aspect of Zone Heat, which increases in a certain area
depending on how often you race in it. Zone Heat is a measurement
of how often the cops will show while you are racing in an area.
As you know, there are four main bosses: Bushido, 21st Street, TFK, and
Stacked Deck. They own a particular area of the city, as shown in the
above section. However, there are also smaller crews, such as Black Hearts
and Los Colibres and Inferno. These smaller crews often hold only one small
area of land at a time and never own a part of the city. They are just there
to bug you and the other four main bosses out there. These guys are the ones
who take you into a defensive race to make sure your area of land stays in
your ownership. If you decide not to race, you lose your land automatically
and your Career Completion Percentage will drop. A defense race is only
worth small change and is already a race you have beaten before With 20
Defensive Races, you can complete a reward card. As with the other main
bosses, the smaller bosses drive a certain kind of car. All the bosses and

In the beginning, all the crews hold some type of land. As the game
progresses, the main crew takes over all of the land in their continent
while the smaller crews lose all their land. You are to take over the
four main areas of land. As stated before, these crews will pop up and
force you into a defensive race or take another crew's territory, so
make sure you know what you are doing. On the next few chapters,
I'm going to guide you on which race you have to win to take over a
territory. At everytime you conquer a territory, your legend symbol will

Welcome to Bushido's Crew, Downtown. The land is currently
controlled by an infamous and lamed racer named, Kenji.
You will have take over all the Territories to challenge the boss.
Now that you made your way here and came back to claim
what was lost in the beginning, you are started with a no rep
racer. You have 3 choice of races to race, Circuit ; Speedtrap ; Sprint.
In this case, one of the races will unlock Nitrous Oxide Street
Package. So I will begin with that. Also you are required to have Neville
as your crew member. Every race you win will get you 5,000 ; 7,500
and 10,000. You will also unlock parts for Tier 1 Car in some races.

will be played for the track appearance.

Now that you finally beat her in the Canyon Duel & Circuit Race, a short
movie will say that you have defeated Kenji. The whole Downtown is now
conquered by you. Don't be celebrating much yet, you will still get attacks
from other racing crews. Now you get to pick 2 cards from him. If you wish
to try and get pinkslip, choose the first 4 cards and you must try to get them
in order to obtain the pinkslip. If you get the pinkslip, the car will also be
automatically unlocked in the "Custom" Section of your Quick Race Menu.
Tip: As usual, you get to pick pinksips, but make sure to choose wisely!
Note: Now you have beaten Kenji, you have conquered Downtown.
Yumi(Melody) will also join your crew as the 2nd Scout and tells her side
of the story about the night you took off. You are available to use her in any
races you want.

So you gotten rid of Kenji and you finally move on to the 2nd boss of
Palmont City, Angie. Welcome to Kempton, The Overall
Control is now by Bushido. At this point, you get a pinkslip from Kenji's
Mazda RX-7 in order to save cash rather than buying it to waste
your cash. If you missed it, you can either continue with the RX-8 or
decide which car you will choose to buy. Now every race & every territory
you conquered will unlock you cool cars & new parts for Tier 2. Yet, my
decision is to use the Kenji's RX-7, even though it has only Nitrous
Oxide Race Package. Also, you should have Yumi in your crew. You may
freely use her as a scout as he can give you 10% Discount on parts price
and 25% Nitrous Boost. But it is good to have Neville so you can get a money
boost in each race you win. Each race you win in this territory will get
12,000 & 15,000 % 18,000 in Cash.

So you finally got rid of that annoying Angie on Boss Races? Now it's your
territory. As usual, don't be overjoyed too much. Your Kempton territory
will also get attacked. You get to pick 2 cards from Angie also. If you get her
pinkslip, the car will also be unlocked in the "Custom" Section of Quick Race
Menu.
Tip: The Pinkslip cards are randomness placed. So be sure to pick and
guess the correct Card! You have only 50% of chance to get it.
Note: Now you have beaten Angie, you have conquered Kempton. You
still have one last boss to take over before you start on Stacked Deck
territory races. The territory you are moving on next is controlled by
T.F.K, Boss Named Wolf. Still, you can either use the RX-7 You got

Thrashin those 2 bosses isn't enough? Here's the next challenge for you
in Carbon. You will be going through a tough series of races from T.F.K's
territory, Leader Owned by Wolf(Shaw Madson). Now that you got both
pinkslips from the first 2 bosses, you can use them in the race. For my
decision, I will now use Angie's Charger R/T and install all parts. Now

parts for Tier 2. Each race you win will give you 12,000, 18,000 and
15,000 cash. It's also required you to have Samson as active to gain

If yes, you should get a text message from Wolf. Now, you have to
take on him. To do that, you must show up at him if you dare to take on in
the race. Now, you will have to head over to the Ocean View territory
and look for the boss race. Good luck, this is the final boss to take on
before moving on to Stacked Deck.

You finally succeed in beating the first three bosses, as that, Wolf is
defeated by you. You will eventually pick 2 cards from him. As usual,
the cards are placed randomly. So pick wisely as you have 50% chance
getting the pink slips!
That's it, Kempton ; Downtown ; Fortuna is now controlled all yours.
You finally have also unlocked Colin as drafter in your crew and he will
tells you his side of the story about the night you took off. Freely
able to use him anytime. When you return to Career Freeroam, you
will recieve a text message from Darius saying you did not disappoint
between you and him and got the whole city locked up. Darius asked
to meet at the old Courthouse in Downtown. When you reach there
and he was about to take your money, Cross was already waiting in
the car. Darius told you to stay off the city because it was his and
wouldn't let you take over his territory. You hand over the key to
Darius. Then Cross handcuffs me and Nikki arrives. Darius told
Nikki to take back my ride and place it somewhere in his hideout.
Cross lets me go when he saws Nikki, although he is a Bounty Hunter
only. Cross then left, Nikki starts talking to me. Now Nikki and me
knows the situation about the night you took off from the race.
It was all Darius fault that he switched the bag with Nikki and called
the cops to stop all the racers from finishing the race. Base on the
story from MW, Underground 2 & Underground. Nikki will now join your
crew and places as a drafter.

Now that Angie, Kenji & Wolf is out of your sight, your left with Darius to
fight for the territory, Silverton. As far as you know, I should have completed
55-70% of the game at this point. A Tough Series of races will be given in
Stacked Deck, so watch out for the Tier 3 Cars in some races and Race
Attacks. If you acquire some territories of Stacked Deck, you will be unlocking
Tier 3 cars & Tier 3 New Parts. Be sure to get all and try upgrading them all to
beat Darius once. Every race you win will give you 20,000 & 25,000 each in
Cash. You win that 5 in a row, totals you get is 100,000+ you will get.

Chapter 8 - Challenge Series
Now that you have finished the career, you can take a break from the Career,
you can try playing Challenge Series. A total of 45 Challenges. The Challenges
are set out like this, Easy(Bronze), Intermediate(Silver) & Hard(Gold). When
you complete a challenge for one game mode, you unlock the next one. Do until
you finish the Gold Challenge and you might unlock cool parts for your
customization. Now I will explain what's the target for each Challenge. Final
9 Challenges are only available in Collector's Edition.

To get 100% Overall Game Completion, you need the following to get it.

Q: I have completed everything, but i don't get 100%, what did i left out?
A: You have not done all the racing in the game. You must Complete Challenge
Series & Complete Career. Also, you should unlock all cars & tracks, finish
up the reward cards & race all quick races. If you still have problems, let me
know.

Q: Can i post this guide somewhere else, But i leave all your copyrights
intact?
A: Yes you can, if you are posting this guide somewhere else e-mail me and
let me know that where you are posting. Please give the link or your
permission will not be allowed.
3.
Q: I saw this guide somewhere else and changed your copyrights to his,
what should I do?
A: You mean someone has stole my guide? That's easy question, just report
it to me with the link where is posted and who post it. Whoever that stole my
guide will be reported. Unless he has my permission, but he didn't change
the copyright, he is allowed. But it is illegal to change someone copyright
to yours if you have got the permission to post the guide.

Q: I can't seem to get the reward card on "Have a balance of 1,000,000 in
Career", how do i do that?
A: This has been asked alot alot of times. To get this, you need to lose your
last car in Career. If you have more than 1, sell until the car you want
to get it busted. Get busted 3 or 4 times (depend on your impound strikes
max) and make yourslf no money to pay for your fines. If you have money
but you get all 3/4/5 strikes, you lose your car permanently. And that
will make you restart in Career Again. Now the hard work, choose the Car
Class, work all your way without spending any cash and you should get 1 mil
of it, if you had not spend on any parts of the Car or did not get busted
by the cops. And that, you should be able to get 1 mil of the reward
card. Thanks to Tuokool on EA Play(Aus) for the tip.

Q: Why do i have so many Crew Members? I thought there were only 6? I saw

A: That is not the total crew members you have. That is total number of
Crew Members you have hired. And that is not a bug also.

A: Possibly might be as it has not been confirmed, Obviously my contributor
to that 1,000,000 in Career also has this before. So just ignore it and
continue doing your way in Career to 1,000,000.

Q: I cannot AutoSculpt Parts in Career! How do i fixed this?
A: It's because you need these 2 to be your crew members who have hired.
One is Sal and the other one is Colin. Both when hired will give you full
unlocks to all the Autosculpt Parts where you can customize. If you have

Q: Is the Pursuit Condition Maximum only 5?
A: No, because in Career, the max is 5, but if you do in Challenge Series
Trade Paint & Pursuit Evasion, it can go even further.

Q: How many crews can i have a maximum for hiring?
A: The answer is 3. So be good to choose you want to take. Normally,
you should need Sal & Colin for the Autosculpt Parts, so the last is
up to you. Keep that in mind that you only can have 3 crews MAX.

A: The answer is.... NO. I only owned the normal version so i do not
know about Collector's edition & EA Downloader Version.

Why is that?
A: That's fake. The cheat for BMW M3 GTR is completely Bogus. The
only way to unlock the BMW M3 GTR is to complete the final Reward
Card. Please refer to my other guide for how to complete it. The BMW
M3 GTR can only be unlocked in Quick Race, Custom Cars Section.

A: Simple Answer. The Money Cheat can only be used once in a save game.

about having a Tier 3 car, just get a bit of territory to unlock a Tier 3
car, and if you're having trouble with that, just do the Checkpoint race

Chapter 12 - Pursuit Condition Details (NEW!)
This is the mode where you being chased by police cars. Pursuit mode
are needed to complete the game progress and for reward cards. In this mode
you'll get cost of state based on the destruction you do. If you destroy
police cars you'll get bounty point. When you being chased by police cars,
the heat level will slowly increased. The higher heat level you get, the more
difficult you to win this mode and the more bounty you get when destroying
cop cars. These are the description of each heat levels.
Heal Level: x1

Police will use Civic Cruiser car. You can easily break this level and
destroy a police car but the heat level increases faster.
Police Car Used: Civic Cruiser Vehicle
Heat Level: x2

Police will use Undercover Civic Cruiser. They are also easily to total them.
Sometimes police will try to stop you with their road-block. This is easy
enough to free yourself. The heat level still increases a bit faster.
Police Car Used: Undercover Cruiser Vehicle
Heat Level: x3

Police will use Pontiac GTO and Rhino SUV cars. In this heat level, polices
are more stronger and faster. The Rhino sometimes used in the road-block
way to stop you or it will be used to crash you down in the opposite
direction. Police will use rolling-block method when your car accelerate to
stop you.
Police Car Used: State Pursuit Vehicle
Heat Level: x4

Police will use State Undercover Pontiac GTO Pursuit Car. You'll find
roadblock and dangerous spike stripe with Rhino SUV Or State Undercover
Pontiac GTO Pursuit Car.. If your car damaged by spike stripe, your car tire
will be flat and you have less chance of evading the pursuit. You will only
need to wait the police catch you. The heat level bar increases slowly and
will eventually takes 3-5 minutes to reach Heat 5.
Police Car Used: State Undercover Vehicle
Heat Level: x5

Police will now use Federal Pursuit Vehicle. Also known as Chevrolet Corvette
Z06. The police car is more stronger and faster now, as they have NOS. Police
will use any way to catch you. This is a critical condition, its very hard to
make the level decreased. Police will use spike stripe, rolling block,
roadblock method and other method to catch you. Almost impossible
to disappear and evade. But its not impossible if your an expert in pursuits,
so you should try a couple times to master the heat level. Use your own
strategy, because if you use my way to reduce this level, it will not
work, that's because everybody have different ways to play the game and
no one of gamers have the same characteristic. The only way to escape
a pursuit at Heat 5 is to have a Tier 2 Or 3 Car. You will find Cross
appearing once but he will just come to bug you.
Police Car Used: Federal Pursuit Vehicle, Cross Corvette
(Note: These levels i'm going to explain now are ONLY available in
Collector's Edition!)
Heat Level: x6

No more fooling around, you need to get back to work and find out how
to get rid of the pursuit at Heat 6. Police will use the same car as Heat 1,
The Police Civic Cruiser. Easy level, but still, there will be Cross coming
in.
Police Car Used: Police Civic Cruiser, Cross Corvette
Heat Level: x7

Remember Challenge #69 in Challenge Series from Most Wanted? This was
the Heat level used for the Camaro SS on that challenge. This level is way
too far dangerous as the cops will now use Federal Pursuit Vehicle and SUV
Light cars. It's way far not for beginners to pursuit and you surely MUST have
a Tier 2 or Tier 3 car or it is impossible to escape in a slow car. Because
they are too fast. Even more backups & roadblocks will come in. Cross now
pays more attention and tries to catch you.
Police Car Used: Federal Undercover Vehicle, SUV Light, Cross Corvette
Heat Level: x8

This is the final heat level and the master of all. The car that the cops
will be using is the SUV Heavy, State Undercover Vehicle, State Pursuit
Vehicle, Federal Pursuit Vehicle & Federal Undercover Vehicle. Alot of pursuit
cars will be used, Roadblocks, Spike Strips, Backups and many more. I have
never tried getting into this heat and as far as i know, THIS HEAL LEVEL IS
REALLY WAY TOO FAR NOT FOR BEGINNER OR INTERMEDIATE PURSUITERS. Only
if you are familiar with the first few levels, then you are ready to take on.
Police Car Used: Cross Corvette, SUV Heavy, State Undercover Vehicle
& Federal Undercover Vehicle.
Here are some quick strategies I used for pursuits in Carbon.
-Basically, whenever using a pursuit breaker, you MUST activate Speedbreaker.
This cuts down the cutscene and allows you to notice what is coming up next
on the road, although if you don't, you might get spiked or crash into a
wall.
-Always rarely use Pursuit Breakers if you think many cops are following you.
If there's a small group, you can try taking them down individually. And
make sure to activate your speedbreaker to skip the cutscene.
-In some pursuits there will be road blocks and spike strips using. Make sure
you do not run into spike-strips or else you will lose your tires and escaping
is almost impossible. If you wish to try and avoid the spike-strips and also
take out the cop cars, make sure to have Speedbreaker and a fast speed. Rarely,
use Speedbreaker to make your car more weight and easily takes out the
cop cars.
-Never use a lower Tier car for highet pursuit levels. It is almost
impossible to escape in a pursuit in a lower Tier car.
-If you are caught by the cops, you will need to pay a fine in cash
and you will get an impund strikes. If you get all 3 impound strikes
in a car, you will automatically lose your car. Winning extra
impound strikes from Boss Races can help you get to 5 strikes.
Each impound strike you recieved will make the steering of your
car more harder. If you win get out of jail cards from boss races,
use them wisely because you have only 3 of them!
-To reduce the heat on your car, you may try changing the visual
of your car or the performance. The other usual way is to pay 1,000
for every Heat Level reduced. If you have heat Level 5, you need to
pay 5,000(5 times) to reduce to Heat level 1.
-Once you lose sight of the cops, try and find a Hiding Spot to make your
Cooldown bar Meter filled. This is a good way to keep from letting
the cops from locating you.
-The more cars you total, the more heat you get in pursuits, the more
bounty you can accumulate. For example, 50 Federal Undercover Pursuit
cars you have totaled. If you were to do that from 0 Bounty in a Pursuit, that
could give you about 3,750,000!
