Catching palkia with a ultra ball is insane! He has got to either have 100% catch rate or it must be a joke. so ha! I'm not registered and i'm trying to find a code for shiny pokemon encounters. can anyone help with that problem and it has to be for the united states action replay dsi.Thanks!
