Visit a man in a house on Route 212 and he will teach moves to your Pokemon if you give him shards.

Here are the moves:

Dive for 2 red, 4 blue, and 2 yellow shards

Fury Cutter for 8 blue shards

Icy Wind for 6 blue and 2 green shards

Thunderpunch for 2 red and 6 blue shards

Fire Punch for 2 red and 6 blue shards

Ice Punch for 2 red and 6 blue shards

Ominous Wind for 2 green shards

Air Cutter for 2 red, 4 blue, and 2 green shards

Zen Headbutt for 4 blue and 4 yellow shards

Vacuum Wave for 2 red, 4 blue, and 2 green shards

Trick for 4 blue and 4 yellow shards

Knock Off for 4 red and 4 blue shards

Sucker Punch for 6 blue and 2 yellow shards
