Yes yes it works. This one is simple. Although the Nature modifier had to be done away with in this one to make it work. But you still can get any Pokemon at any level here is how to do it.

Much more simple than the one for Diamond and Pearl.

First go to the calculator in your Poketch. Type the national pokedex number of the Pokemon you want in. Say you want Mewtwo type 150. Then press (L)

Hit C to clear the number.

Then type in what level you want it. Pokemon can only be level 1 to 100 any othe number will not work. And press (R)

Now walk in any grass or cave and you will run into it.

Changing routes or using fly to go somewhere else resets it. You can enter a new Pokemon number in and catch a diff Pokemon or just catch as many of one kind as you want.

Works BUT you have to enter lvl first then dex number also the buttons are reversed EX. Umberon is dex number 197 so enter 100(lvl) and press R THEN 197(dex number) and press L

One small note however my game code is different the the normal US code
