Dome Fossil - Kabuto

Helix Fossil - Omanyte

Armor Fossil - Shieldon

Claw Fossil - Anorith

Skull Fossil - Cranidos

Root Fossil - Lileep

You can get fossils by digging Underground, but all of them are very rare. You can restore them by talking to the scientist behind the front desk in the Oreburgh Mining Museum. He will say he can turn your fossil into a Pokemon and he needs time alone. Leave. Go back in and talk to him. Make sure you have an empty slot in your party. Hope this helps!
