Monster Hunter Freedom Questions

Ok, What is the best way of beating the " Four Horns" (guild)? And what would be the best weapon against the two diablos? I've beating the elder one, and I can always kill one on my own. It's really pissing me off.

This is an incredibly difficult quest and you must be quick, it may be that you need two people to do this task. That's what I had to do. As for weapons...anything that can block.

Use a watter attribute weapon I used pesliothwater sword and just get the best armour I used monobnlos top half and rathalos tasset and white velsoprey greaves

As well as the above two i'm guessing you already figured this saying you killed the first one, juest incase you havn't i'm ganna say anyway.

In zone 10 (which is generaly the first zone one appears in)theres a ledge, go on it and when it rams it's horns into rock whack the crap outta it. Till it's horns break (guarenteeing a twisted horn I think in rewards), then your ganna have to go on the floor and attack it or stay on there and whack it when it comes close enough, but saying you killed the first one that don't matter, just a way to save HP and potions and such. Also,I did this with another 2 hunters and killing the second one is deffinatly harder, and as the above commetn stated I and my other swordsman had plesioth blade fin weps. For killing him tho it's a matter of dodgeing and blocking, and to be safe I like to bring flashes (for when I need to sharpen and heal and for doing big damage) also. It's wise to cut his tail off before anything, 2 reasons, first, extra carving duh, second reason his tail attack doesnt have as far of a range. Other than that I don't know, as thats what I did and used. Hope this helps despite it's big longness and unorganizedness

Also I killed him alone with alot of screamers gunpowder flashbombs and alot of other stuff.
Also a better strategy is to have 2 hunters take the one in the desert while one takes the easier via ledge one if your playing with 3 people.

What you need is
Amour:diablos helm,body,and gloves all these diablos, any tasset, and cephalos greaves+
Weapon:most preferably and extremly recommended by me "frost edge+" not frost edge
Items:10 sonics 5flashbombs 10 flashbugs 10 bomb materials 20gunpowder 20screamer 5 megajuices, 3 cooldrinks, 1 demondrug, 20 whetstones,2 max potions not mega potion, 2 large barrel bomb+-{mosterbroth-(monsterfluid+bitterbug alchemied)+largebarrelbomb,smallbarrelbombs.

What plutosbane said is not true water is more effective than thunder.

Anyways start off quest by taking the demon drug then go to area10 go straight at it then attack if it digs use sonic bomb then start hacking at the body when it comes out if you have diablos armour you will not have to worry about wind stand back a little then when it land go for the "legs" it's weak point after a bit head for the ledge let it try to ram you when it gets stuck jump down and go for the legs again keep hitting it again and again if your ever on the ground and it digs use sonic and you know the rest just don't use them if it has black smoke coming out of its' mouth or it's moving faster than it usually does since you'll be using an sns don't try cutting the tail it's useless and one thing recommended don't cut of the horns because 1.it won't get stuck anymore and that will mess up everything and 2. Becasue going for the horns wastes time which you will need if you're not 2 good one more thing don't use more than 5 flash bombs and 10 sonic bombs on the first one you will need them more for the second diablos. Anyways when it heads to the next area it will head to the rocky valley sort of area with the lake so follow it when it trys to dig sonic bomb it and attack use the same stratagey as before then try to head for the wall in the middle block and let it ram it will get stuck then attack it's legs hint:attack it's left one for when it swings it tail. Keep doing that and use flash bombs once at least to set up a large barrel+ and then use small barrel to blow it up run because the blast is strong for the max potion you should have used it back when you needed it it fills up you're life to max and not just the life the whole bar you should have also taken first-aid kits back at camp. Now continuing do what I told you repeatedly it will take a few times knocking it over but eventually it will die but you must attack also when it's down. When you have killed it don't carve it it will just waste your valuable time run to the hot desert zones and use cool drink hint:in each area look for it if it's not there wait like 10 secs if not move on. It will on;y be in desert zones so stay in those areas. You won't be able to get it's horns stuck on anything so deal with it with flashbombs and sonics you probably know the rest.
Note: I did this quest solo with nobody's help so you won't either and one more thing if the desert diablos disappears it headed for the desert zone between the rocky areas
