The old lady with the huge backpack sells it some times

Hi You can get Ivy from any place where you clime vines, for example in forest and Hills second area up to four, Just after you climbed up start searching and youl get some, you will also see it looks like a heap of leafes right on top op of the ledge, you can also try area six there!!!
