If you have an egg ticket too, then you can make kitchen knife with it. Which when up-graded can be quite good.

All you have to do is go to the crafting shop and look for something called a kitchen knife but it also needs anover ticket but I can't renember. It eventualy upgrades to a millenium knife with WHITE sharpness!!!

Hey, with the Old Lady's Note you can create one weapon. I dont't remember the name of the weapon but you can. Just go to the shop and I think it will be on the last page.
