G-Ranked* item, Toxic sac is the better version of a Poison sac for Normal and + ranked monster. Kill a G-Ranked Iodrome or Gyceros to get them.
G-Ranked is HR3+, 6*-8* Guild Hall Quests. Talk to the blue lady behind the bar.
You can get some from the red raptor things. The big drone ones, and I think you can get some from a wayvern that uses poison attacks.
