WHY WON'T YOU DIE!!!

I need to know how to complete the Yian Garuga urgent quest. I attack and attack but the timer keeps running out and he lives and I lose the quest and all I have is 20 minutes to kill him!

I suggest use a frost edge+ very high in water attribute and all you got to do is cut it's tail it's ear are closed have a scar at the face and make sure you attack it at the face(after you cut it's tail) if you do that and repel it I'm sure the second time you do this quest it's a dead meat .ty rate pls hehehehe

Well, to be honest, it took me 40 minutes to kill the Yian Garuga. What I did was had 10 potions and 10 mega potions, 20 whetstones, 99 paintballs, a shock trap, a pitfall trap, 2 trap tools, a genprey fang (for another shock trap) a net (for another pitfall trap), 3 mega demondrugs, 3 mega armorskins, and 5 sonic bombs (don't use the sonic bombs; they don't work), and iron katana "grace" for a weapon. For armor, equip your strongest, and don't worry about elemental resistance, unless you have trouble dodging his fireballs. Keep your distance and attack when the Garuga uses a fireball. Dodge the fireball and attack his head/neck after he fires. If you still fall unconscious again and again, (it took me 3 tries) I suggest attacking him as much as you can, and trap him and use tranq bombs. Hope I helped!
