In urgent quest 3 stars, I don't understan the meaning of
 'Damage and repel the yian garuga as best as you can'
 And even if I beat the yian garuga or kill it, why can't i
 Just go to the other rank mission where I can fight Rathalos
 For the urgent mission ? Pleazzzzze Help me I'm quite boring fighting
 The yian garuga over and over again..... Thankz in Advance

I don't really understand your meaning. But, they don't really mean damage and repel it. They mean kill it. If you want to proceed to the next star level, you need to do all of the quests, or itleast all but one quest, then do the urgent.

If you can't kill the garuga there is a glitch where you give the veggie elder a spiderweb and wait for the quest to be over and it will say you won the fight, but this only works every other time you do the quest

U can't kill the garuga in just 20 minutes
All you nid is continous damage until you failed the quest but the damage are still then finish it..
