Ok I want you guys to tell me how to get as many as the items as you can.Here are the items I need.A long garuga ear,monster bone+,hard monster bones,rathalos brainstem,and nova crystal.

Long Garuga Ear - Village Elder Quest (although G Ranked): Revenge of the Yian Garuga quest. Carve from monster or reward for completion of quest.
Monster Bone+ - Sometimes reward from 4*+ guild quests where you need to kill wyverns, 'Jungle Menace' is probably the best/easiest quest to get it from in rewards although you will not always get one.
Hard Monster Bone - Same principle as Monster Bone+ but with 6*+ quests.
R Brainstem - Rare carve from Rathalos on 4* guild quest and up.
Nova Crystal - Mine at mining point+1 at farm or 4*+ quests in the field.
