When you get the book a door opens downstairs. Enter defeat bookcase (R-1 to aim, flipendo while moving side to side until it falls over). Go across the tops of the book cases down center of room. Push & pull the block next to fallen bookcase to first freestanding case, climb up. Flipendo floating books, dodge ghosts, jump case to case to the end of the room and get the scurge spell (greenslime...). Using this spell make your way to a round room with several doors to rooms with switches in them, your there.
