I need a more detailed answer on how to find the robe. Coming from the front door is it at the back of the castle to the right or left or what? I cannot find it near the water. And all of the answers just say on a ledge near the water. Well About how many ledges are there? Thanks for your help!

It's not on a ledge, it's not even by the river at all! First off, when you talk to the boy, when he's finished telling you, the "X" button flashes "ACCEPT" you have to ACCEPT his request!!!!! After that, head to the lake (just head straight down the middle, passing the small grouping of very large trees in the center) This took me ages to figure out!!!

After that, head to the lake (just head to the right of the boy, passing the small grouping of very large trees in the center). Near the Lake shore. This took me ages to figure out!!!
