how do you complete the incendio challenge?

I have got to the bit where you light the lions mouths on fire but I am stuck. What should I do next?

Use the incendio spell at the lion so that the lion breathes fire and then cast flipendo at the lion so that the fire from the lion raises the platform. Repeat the same with the other lion so that the two platforms are raised. Then you need to run fast up the stairs, jump on the two platforms and then on to the ledge where the button is. Hope this helps.

that helped me alot i kinda thought there should be a way those ledges liftted by the fire i just didnt know how
