I am currently on the Chamber of Secrets Part where you have to fight the Basilisk. I have looked through some cheats and answered question and also some hints, and they all say the same thing (use the analog stick to aim the beam.)
I am trying to use all the keys possible, but I am still not getting a beam for the sword, so I am not getting anywhere on this level.
Please help me!

Comment:(Apr 11 2008) I have tried the left analog stick, but yet we are still not getting a beam of any kind. This is why we tried all the buttons.

Notice that you said that you are trying all the keys. The people who answered the questions did not say use all the keys did they? Nope, they just said use the analog stick, while you are shooting the beam aim with the left analog stick. It is a slow moving beam. But it is the only way to hurt the Basilisk. You need to aim for the tiny Diamond symbol on his chin/neck. Hope this helps.
