When you enter the Tomb of Raithwall, you must make your way to the first hallway. You'll attacked by a demon wall, which you don't have to fight. However, when you leave this hallway through the door at the end, there is a Demon Wall you MUST fight. Just unload your strongest attacks on it, and use the action button on the torched for a 50/50 chance of slowing the demon wall down. Once it's dead, continue on to the next room. Go either left or right, it doesn't matter. Once in one of the chambers, find the center room, and the small glowing object in it. Use the action key and kill the monsters that attack you. A secret wall will halfway open. Now make your way back to the begining where you chose your path. Go the other direction (left if you chose right, right is you chose left). Now do the same thing for the other path, but this time to door will fully open. Now make your way to the end of that hallway, and you'll fight Belias, The Gigas. He is the first of 13 espers, 5 of which are story based, 8 of which are optional. Defeat Belias using Mater Magic and powerful attacks, then go into the next hallway. And voila, the sword of kings.
