Question for Final Fantasy XII

I have trouble with one of those Hunt, specifically... Wyrm Wrath's Renewal, Fafnir--posted by Ieecha/Reji at Mt. Bur-Omisace. Can't seems to find it anywhere!!! I know that monster is somewhere in Paraminas Rift; Silverflow's End (or at least something sound like that) -- but, the problem is... There are two areas named with Silverflow's End... WTF!!! I've check both of them, still no clue... And where is this blizzard...? After re-enter a dozen of times to both area... Still no blizzard!!! Can I trigger a blizzard to come out? Once I've got the blizzard in the area next to still shrine of Miriam... but the monster isn't there!!! Another WTF...!!! Can someone help me get through with this...? I'm planning to get all those Mark Hunt... And really frustrated with this one! Gee..........

Well, I don't know if you hav got it by now but if you havnt here is what I think may help you. There is only 1 place called silverflow's end which is the spot right before stilshrine, but first make sure you have spoken to the potioner and that you have done what is needed before the fight, and don't just keep re-entering head to different areas and kill a bit then check again.

Hi there

I want to make a little correction for the last answer... NO there are not just only one area named with silverflows end - there are TWO areas named by that. One is just before Still Shrine of Miriam, and the other one is a dead end and you have to make your ways all around.

To make a snow storm come, speak with Reji first in Mt. Bur-Omisage. And then, go all around from south to the west area. Well, your mark hunt is in the dead end of silverflows end, AND to keep the weather to snow storm... No matter what you do, DON'T ENTER KARADYNE GLACIER AREA (check the area with select option to open your map) otherwise the snowstorm will dissapear (and then you have to speak with Reji again... What a trouble T_T). So, from south, go to the west area... And keep it to south west... And USE YOUR MAP. You'll be fine as long as you don't enter karadyne galcier.

The Second answer is right on two out of three aspects...Yes: there are 2 parts to Silverflow's End and Yes: FAFNIR is found in the deadend part of Silverflow's end. The part that is wrong is to get to the deadend part of Silverflow's End, You have to enter Karydine Glacier as that is the only entrance/exit to the deadend part of Silverflow's End. But I cannot answer how to get the blizzard.

To get Fafnir to appear you must do the following exactly in this order:
STEP ONE: Speak to Relj (Viera who explains the bill)
STEP TWO: Leave Mt. Bur-Omisace entering into the Paramina Rift at the Freezing Gorge
STEP THREE: Head west into Head of the Silverflow
STEP FOUR: Go south into Icebound Flow
STEP FIVE: Now go to the southern-most eastern exit into Karydine Glacier
STEP SIX: And finally into the Western half of Silverflow's End
If you follow these directions exactly you will notice that the blizzard is in every area starting with Freezing Gorge all the way through to Silverflow's End where Fafnir will be waiting. Good luck.

Oh, if you go to an area not on the list or go in a different order you have to start all over with step one.
