Embroided Tippet/Golden Amulet

Where do you get/buy the Embroided Tippet and/or Golden Amulet accessories?

How do each of these aid in leveling up?

You can buy the Embroidered Tippets from the merchant in old Archades, and you can buy the Golden Amulets from the merchant in Mt Bur-Omisace. The Embroidered Tippet doubles the experience you get from each battle, and the Golden Amulet doubles the license points you get.

I got the Golden Amulet from one of the guys at Jahara after you take care of the giant slaven mark, and everyone is right it does give you twice your Lp earned.

With thief's cuffs equipped, you can steal embroidered tippets from the coeurls in the Tchita uplands, before getting to Balfonheim / Old Archades. I walked around with my control character's gambits set to Target: Enemy HP = 100% - Steal and I had six, for free, as well as a ton of quality pelts, in under an hour.
