What are the fireflys for, Why would you want to gain no exp?!

ANSWERS

Fireflies are accessories that give no exp and add 2 to a characters strength.
You would not want to gain exp because it can make the game more challenging because you don't level up unless you take it off. Also, you could use it to help keep your party balanced, like if you want to level up your other characters and one is a high level, you could use it to stop you highest level character from leveling up and have your other characters level up. Basically, it helps create a challenge or lets your other characters catch up.

Fireflys are an amazing accessory. They helped me alot, I equipped them so all my characters would stay at level 43, I did this because the game was getting way to easy, So I equipped them so the rest of the game would still be a challenge. I wish I would have equipped them earlier thou, because even at level 43 the rest of the game (storywise) wasnt as challenging as I hoped it would be.
