I beat this guy at level 43 and didnt have a problem. This fight is the last one, so don't be afraid to use everything you got. Use all of your Elixers, Megalixers, Ethers, Etc. Anything that can help you out. This boss will put up barriers so he is immune to psychial and magickal attacks. When ever he puts up one of these hit him with the opposite. So if he puts up the psychial Barrier, hit him with your most powerful magicks, perferably Scathe, Flare, or Holy. Eventually he will put up a barrier that is immune to both Psychial and Magickal Attacks. When this happens just focus on healing and staying alive, the barrier will eventually wear off and you will be able to finsh him and the game.

Ok, you want all your characters to be at LEAST level 40. Make sure you have curaja, protect, holy, shock, abd scathe. Attack him until he reaches 75% health. You'll know when he reached 75% when he puts up a magic barrier. Keep attacking him until this barrier goes away. By 50% health, he'll put up a physical barrier, in which case you should set 1 characters gambits to use holy, then the other 2 using curaja. Keep those gambits set until that barrier goes down. At 25% health, he'll put up an invinsible barrier that you have to wait for a long time to dissappear. After that, just keep slamming him with attacks, and if you're close to losing, use all your quickenings. Remember, never be afraid to switch to reserve characters if needed.
