Think we need a little more information? What spell are you trying to remove? A status effect? Some items or armour that you equip will have status effects attatched to them meaning that you can remove the effect of the spell attached to the item. The only way to rid your character of it is to unequip the item.

Other than that the spell 'Dispell' or certain items that you carry are dedicated to removing status effects.

If youre talking about removing a spell that you have learnt/bought, you cant.

I think I have covered everything.
