How do I get Flametounge

What items do I sell to get Flametounge. I read about some of them in the clan primer but I still don't know what to sell or where to get them what do I need to kill to get the items and how many do I need of each item.I know that I need a Fire Stone but what else is there.Also, what is the attack power of the Flametounge.

Fire Stone x6
Malboro Vine x2
Lumber x2

The lumber I think you can get from the neutral beasts in Golmore and the marlboro vines from the Marlboros in Golmore too. Fire stones can pick up almost anywhere. You probably already have some.

Attack power...53

Im sure you can actually buy this in Rabanstre too but In not sure when it is availiable.
