Ok, I found this faded piece of paper in the henne mines in the secret area ya got to get 10 espers to enter and I don't know what it means. Can someone help?

It means exactly what it says. Once you get 10 espers youll be able enter the area. I would look at the walkthroughs for getting espers for help.
