where to get strong weapons

Can some one please tell me how to get some weapons like the sodiak spear that does 150 attacks because I am trying to defeat yazamet sorry for the spelling thanks in advance

The Zodiak spear can only be obtained in two places. The first is the Necrohol of Nabudis but only if you haven't opened the following chests:
The chest outside Dalan's house in Lowtown
The chest in the southeast corners of the palace cellar in Rabanstre
The chests inside the Nalbina dungeon treasure room where you got all your equipment back after escaping
The group of chests in the Phon Coast where you fight Thasslion.
The Zodiark spear will be in a room full of treasures in the Cloister of Highborn area.

The second location for the Zodiark spear is the secret area of the henne mines in the phase 2 dig area. You need to have the diamond armlet equipped and you will find the chest that only has a 10% chance of spawning it in an area not shown on the map.

Even though the zodiac spear is one of the strongest weapons in the game it would be better when fighting Yiazmat if you get some Yagyu Darkblades instead as Yiazmat is weak against dark. They are dropped by a rare monster called the bombshell in the Lhusu Mines.
