chaining quickenings

I'm new to quickenings so how the beep do you chain quickenings

ANSWERS

To chain quickenings you need all 3 of your characters to have all 3 quickenings and full 3 bars of MP. (in your manual it will be described as a mist charge)
All you need to do is instruct one of your members to do a quickening and then follow the instructions. (I.e press the button that corresponds to the person..this will be in the bottom right hand corner if I remember rightly!) Then if no one has a x or triangle etc next to their name you need to press R2, this will shuffle the quickening list. Sometimes you get a mist charge which means your character will resume at full MP and can carry on chaining. R2 is vital for chaining quickenings.

Bathiersbit is correct, my only advice is try to keep a level head doing these chains while the world is exploding around you.

Yes I agree with both of them you get three mist chains three mist abilitys if you go in to mist chain n theres no vhain at the time you're n the mist chain just keep pressin R2 INTO you get another then hurry up n press the buttion befor it runs out

All you have to do is use a quickening and ,before the time runs out, press the button that corresponds with the characters name and that character will use a quickening next. Keep doing that untill there is none left, when that happens, press R2 untill you see something that sais "Mist Charge" and press the button for the character that it goes to. It might take a couple of tries but eventually you will get the hang of it.
