First of all I don't know where you are in the hunt, so I am going to assume that you have already talked to Sorbet (moogling attendant at the Aerodrome) and accepted the hunt. The white Mousse is in the part of the Garamsythe Waterway called the West Sluice Control (section on the very bottom of the map). He will just fall down when you get to the center of that area. Be prepared-he doesn't go down easily. Quickenings help. Good luck!!!
