They are called Entites, and there are a lot of them all over the game. Most of them are different and use different powers though. You can find them everywhere but they don't do nothing special, but they do have some special loot you can steal and see at the Bazaar. Keep in mind that they don't wont attack if you don't attack eighter. There is no special way for you to defeat them, specially while being on that level. They are hard even when you are in level 45 too. In my opinion, the best way (and this is what I use) is too keep 2 characters equipped with swords or a close combat weapon and the remaining character equipped with a bow or a gun. The Entites always use some spell to prevent you from casting magic and that way, the character equipped with the bow/gun won't get affected and you can use him/her to heal and help the others.
