Okay so I saw some videos and am confused. I'l put it in points:

<BR>2) To fight Omega you have to have all espers.
<BR>3) To get the wyrmhero blade you have to beat Yiazmat and Omega and do the fishing game.
<BR>4)I saw a video showing Penelo using the wyrmhero blade on Zodiark.
