The only one that really matters is the first one you gain in the game. (Belias) I would advise you to give him to Vaan and definetly not Fran. After that I don't think it really matters. If you have specific spell casters then I would say give them to your fighters as they wont need their MP as much as the spell casters do.

First your right FFXII dose rock and second it dosen't realy matter who you give the espiers to.

I think it's best to give espers to your melee fighters because even though you wont use them as much,because they are so weak,they still take quite alot of mp.so giving it to one of your white mages isn't the smartest plan

Thats just my opinion
