Really you need to be a little higher in levels. But saying this make sure you have gambits set first to heal any status effects
I.e. Any ally esuna
Then to restore a character that has been kod. Ie any ally...phoenix downs/spell
Then to restore HP maybe one at less that 50percent--curaga, cura, curaja etc
Then the attacking..attack nearest enemy etc
Then the self gambits
Self haste
Self bubble
Self protect
Self shell
This is more or less what ihave for each character
Then you need to try and have the best weapons possible and armour. AND level up some more. There is a boss in there..and it has ALOT of HP...good luck

If you're not so strong use this one, it's really simple:
Ally: Any -> Phoenix Down/Raise
Ally: HP Cure/Potion
Ally: Any -> Poisona/Stona/Vox/etc. (whatever statuses the enemies are using in the area)
Foe: Party Leader's Target -> Attack
Self: Libra
If you are really strong use this one:
Ally: Any -> Arise
Ally: HP Curaga
Self: Haste
Self: Bubble
Self: Libra
Ally: Any -> Esuna (if they have bad status)
