question

I am at the part where I have to go to giruvegan for the first time and I am wondering if there is any equipment(weapons/armor/accesories) from the bazzaar or a sidequest that I should get right now.

ANSWERS

It depends on what equipment you have now and what you like to use but some of the best weapons that you can get from the bazaar at that point would be the Tournesol:
3x Gemsteel
3x Serpentarius
3x Empyreal Soul
Ultima Blade:
1x Gnoma Halcyon
2x Death Powder
2x Adamantite
Sagittaurius:
3x Beastlord Horn
3x Moon Ring
4x Sagittarius Gems.
It's not necessary to get them now though the equipment you can get at that point from shops at that point such as the shops it Balfonheim is fine to use. The best armour would be the maximillian:
4x Charger Barding
2x Split Armour
3x Pisces Gem
You can also get this as a rare drop from the Elvorete's in the Nechrohol Of Nabudis. All the accessories you have will be useful having an accessory that protects against one of the status effects is a good thing to do. It can take a while to get everything you need though.

Well, there really aren't any that you need to get right now, and I stress the word. You should only go after the accessories if you want to get them, and spend more time on the game. You can get the Tournesol at that point in the game like Gamespro has pointed out above me, but you do not need to get the greatsword. Most of the things you get from sidequests, you will just find in shops later on in the game so I would not bother with getting equipment, and just with finishing the Side quests or missions that you want to complete. If you are worried about having good equipment at that point in the game then buy everything from the shop in Balfenhoim that you can. That should solve any problems you have with equipment and provide you with good protection.

Buy new set of equipment from Balfenhoim port since they have the best equipment thus far in the game,there isn't really a specific thing but it would be recommended that your characters should be around lvl 45 when entering
