leveling up

I am pretty far in the game and I am just wondering which is a better place to level up at. 1. Sochen cave palace
 2. Cerobi step
 3. Feywood
 
 Also, I am going to try and get the ultima blade in the bazzaar right now so I was wondering, what does it hit if you have a strength of 60, and you are level 45.

Well, since you mentioned that you are at level Forty-Five, I should say that I think that the Cerobi Steppe would be an ideal place for you to train all of your characters so that they all grow up a few levels. When you raise your characters up some levels and become stronger, then I suggest that you go train in the Feywood. After that, well, you can go train in Giruvegan, which is just southwest of the Feywood. So, have fun training. As for the Ultima Blade, I am not sure. I think that it would do over 1,550, or over Two Thousand damage. I cannot say, heck, when I got it it did like 6,000 something. I guess it just depends on what level your character is on. I recommend giving it to Basch, he is the strongest. Hope this helps.

Well personaly I would train around feywood but then again it all depends on you're levels though don't it.

I am sorry but I don't knew about the bazzar question but I would asume it would be decent

The best place to train out of the 3 you mentioned would be the Feywood and the Cerobi Steppe just equip Embroidered Tippets on all your characters and you will level up easily in both those places. The Ultima Blade should hit for around 4000-5000 at that lvl.

I would say the feywood since you can also get a good amount of loot there and find yourself versing some challenging foes
