First you must to finnish some important events before you get these spells.

The first place is Rabanastre.

The second one is Archadia.

Check both.

Alright, I will see if I can help you out some. You can find the spell 'Hastega' in the South Bank nomad village in the Estersand. You know, that village in the Estersand where you can ride the boat? That one. Go there after you have beaten the events in Giruvegan, and you will be able to buy the spell from the Unlucky Merchant. You can find the spell 'Protectga' in the Magick shop at Balfonhoim. Like the spell Hastega, you can only buy Protectga after you have completed the events at Giruvegan. Once you do that, go back to the shop, and you should be able to buy it.

You can find the spell 'Curaja' available for you to buy in the Magick shop in Balfonhoim Port. And, unlike the other spells, this one is available right off the bat. What that means, is that you should be able to buy it on your first visit to the shop. You can find the spell 'Scourge' in the Magick shop in Balfonhoim. You can buy this spell after you complete the story events in the pharos of Ridorana. You can find the spell 'Scathe' by talking to the secret merchant in the Necrohol of Nabudis. He will be in a special area of the Necrohol. You will have a easier time of finding him if you enter from the Salikawood. First, complete the events at the Pharos in order to buy it.

You can find the spell 'Flare' in the Balfonhoim Magick shop. But, only after you complete the events at the Pharos of Ridorana.

You can find the spell 'Arise' in Balfonhoim's Magick shop. But, only after you complete the events in Giruvegan.
