Dustia Training Confusion

Ok I am sure almost all of you know about dustia levling but I have a quick question about it:
First I do know what it is and have summond it many of times but what I do want to know is how is this good for trinaing (besides if you are at the start of the game) as it only gives like 1000 exp ponits
Its item (book of orign) doesnt seem to sell for much and isnt worth the hasle as evrytime I collect it dustia doesnt re-spawn(i kow you must get out before it's exp and licence points show or it means leaving then all that way back) but it still doesnt respwn any more it did the first time but then that was it

So could someone plz descirbe how this is used for trianing (as level 80+ use it) any help or describtion would be useful

Dustia is good for training when you are still at an early stage in the game so is the Forbidden which is also in the Westersand. A 1000 exp is very good you won't start getting that much exp from enemies until a lot later in the game and the item it drops will sell for a lot more than any item you will get from any other enemies in the westersand. To get the Dustia to spawn you have to have one the your characters in your party below 10% health so have them on critical HP. If you are lvl 80 then you would not use Dustia to train since you need a high amount of exp for the next lvl you would use areas like the secret area of the Henne Mines, Nabreus Deadlands, Giruvegan etc.
