The best leel to be on with all your characters is around 25 for the Henne mines most of your characters levels are fine but I do recommend that you lvl up Ashe some more. If the Mesmenirs in the Ozmone Plain keep hitting you with poison just remove it with an antidote or esuna they can also be inflicted with almost all of the status effets so use blind or stop to stop them from hitting you.

For the Henne Mines? You could say level 30, or somewhere above level 35. That would make you be stronger than anything in there, so you could walk through the entire mine, and kill everything with hardly any effort. Make sure that you buy a lot of Antidotes from a shop vendor so that you can rid yourself from the status affect. You need to level up a lot more. Especially Ashe, and Balthier.

I would say about as close to lvl 30 as possible to pass without problems through the mines. I would use slow on the horses if you have it. They are weak to stop and disable. So if you any of them it will help. (especially Stop because with that they are defenceless!).

Definetly level up more because when you return to the Golmore Jungle there are some enemies in there with freakishly high levels. Oh and for the poison stock up on antidote and set up one or two characters with gambit: any character, antidote. That will keep the poison at bay

Those are pretty good lvls for the henne mines but if you don't have any quickenings you should train some because the boss at the end is tough and when it comes to the horses if you can't kill them then get better weapons and armour or just run

(i know this works because I am the same lvls and I'm at the paramina rift)
(if you do the same thing I did train some at the paramina rift[thats if you skip the elder wyrm{if you beat the elder wyrm you should be fine for a while}])

You should be fine where you are right now, only thing that should you should concentrate on is getting all your characters better equipment
