Where do you get the diamond armlet
I've been told by my friends that you get it in the dalmasca westersand. But every time I go there it's not there. Do I have to get further in the game or am I even in the right place? I've just gotten through giruvegan and gotten the third esper. If I'm wrong about where to look is there a place to buy it or does and enemy drop it?
