Just a few quick questions, help would be greatly appreciated.

#1 - Where do I get 'Tyhone #2'?
#2 - Where do I get 'Red Eyes Black Dragon'?
#3 - Where do I get 'Meteor Dragon'?
#4 - Where do I get 'Meteor Black Dragon'?
#5 - Where do I get 'Blue Eyes White Dragon'?
#6 - Where do I get 'Sword Arm of Dragon'?
#7 - Where do I get 'Fiend Skelgon'?
#8 - Where do I get 'Gaia The Fierce Knight'?

#9 - Can you use a ritual if the cards are in your hand by sub-selecting them? [ex. 'Beaver Warrior', 'Gaia The Fierce Knight', 'Kuriboh', and 'Black Luster Ritual' are all in my hand. I "sub-select" all 4, then play them to the field. Will the ritual work, or do all 3 cards have to be in play, THEN, play the ritual card?]

You can get red eyes black dragon from jono 2nd, (meteor dragon,meteor black dragon and gaia the fierce knight can all be found from meadow mage from 200---500 duels...)

Answer to #9 is you can't use use them in fusion mode from you're hand but the way of using a ritual card is putting the 3 specified cards on the field then using the ritual which will sacrifice the 3 cards and summon the card :p hope this helped
