Well, there is 2 ways. The first way is to keep beating Jono2nd with a POW-S rank(must be POW-S!). The second way is easier, keep beating Meadow Mage with a POW-S or POW-A rank(you will also get super good cards like Dark Magician and Skull Knight and stuff if you keep battling Meadow Mage!)

You have to fight the low meadow mage for quite a while and keep getting S and A ranks and then he should give you MBD
