The way to get 999999 star chip is to beat the first guy 1 time 2nd guy 2 times etc.
To make 999999 star chips you have too write in pasword 95288024 or 12345678 or playforever or go to m 1 and save game and go to m3save there too and buy a card then go too m2 and play a free duel to get 1 star chips play 999999 to get 999999
At the start screen press 0,0,0,0,L1,L2,R1,R2,Up,Down,Up,Down.
