Is there an easy way to get Crab Turtle, Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth, Summon Skull, all the Ritual Monsters, and to get 999,999 starchips???
If so, where and how do you get the monsters and an easier way to get 999,999 starchips?

You can get P.U.G.M from Heisin(1 and 2),low forest mage,high f. M.(is not true),and seto 2nd (460 times).s Summoned skull!!! I don't know but someone told me you can get it from sebek,neku or high desert mage(MAYBE).For ritual monsters you can get them with S-tech and with ritual cards.
