My sister was playing Harry Potter and the Chamber of secrets on the PC, and got to the part where goyle turns back into harry, and she quit the game, and when she tried to load the game again, it just showed a black screen. I've tried cleaning the disc and it still doesn't work. All I can see on screen are the health bars, and when I move or jump, I can still hear sounds. Can anyone help me?
