I can't pick up the other part of the spring from the dustpan in McLadden's trailer. I won't let me use any of the tools to pick it up. I can't do anything else unless I get the other part.

Click on the dustpan when in tralier to zoom in. Then click on it and zoom again near the bottom of the pan, near the lowest piece of spring fragment. Then use the tweezers
