a warrant for clayton?

I'm on case 4 and have collected all the evidence I can find. It says there is more to do on the bullets but I don't know what. Any suggestions? And how can I get a warrant for clayton regis?

Ok..

First you must play with the "Victim doll"..
When the "victim doll" is lay down on the stage,
U must open the laser again like you open the laser to the chair in front of the stage,,

Now,u know where is the laser and cath it!!
After that you must find anything in there..

If I'm not wrong..
There are:
1.Foot print clayton
2.Foot print gus
3.Water @ cright chair..
4.something like powder @ the podium..

Find it..
And you will get the warrant..
